You agree to use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and avoid actions that could disrupt, misuse, or compromise the service or other users.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us promptly and take reasonable steps to secure your account.

We may update features, content, or availability of the platform at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of all documents and information you submit through Sallam.ma, including transcripts, passports, certificates, and personal statements.

Submitting false, forged, altered, or misleading documents may result in immediate account suspension, rejection of applications, and reporting to relevant institutions or authorities where required.

You confirm that you have the legal right to upload and share any documents submitted, and that doing so does not infringe the rights of third parties.

We may review submissions for completeness and formatting guidance, but we do not guarantee that every document meets the specific requirements of every institution or embassy.

Sallam.ma provides guidance and tools to help you prepare and submit university applications, but we do not make admissions decisions on behalf of any institution.

Acceptance, rejection, waitlisting, and enrollment outcomes are determined solely by universities and their admissions committees according to their own criteria, timelines, and policies.

Program availability, tuition fees, language requirements, and admission standards may change without notice. You must verify all requirements directly with official university sources before relying on any information on our platform.

We are not liable for missed deadlines, incomplete applications, or outcomes resulting from changes in university policies or decisions outside our control.

Information about scholarships, grants, and financial aid displayed on Sallam.ma is provided for guidance purposes and may be sourced from third parties, partner institutions, or publicly available materials.

Scholarship awards, eligibility criteria, funding amounts, and renewal conditions are determined exclusively by the scholarship providers and sponsoring organizations.

We do not guarantee that you will receive any scholarship, partial funding, or financial assistance by using our platform or following our guidance.

You are responsible for confirming scholarship deadlines, required documents, and binding terms directly with the official scholarship body before submitting any application.

Sallam.ma may provide general information and organizational support related to student visa processes, but we are not a government agency, embassy, or licensed immigration service provider.

Visa approval, denial, processing times, and entry requirements are determined solely by the relevant consular authorities and immigration laws of the destination country.

Any visa-related guidance on our platform is informational and does not constitute legal advice. You should consult official embassy resources and qualified professionals for binding guidance.

We are not responsible for visa refusals, travel restrictions, document rejections by consular staff, or changes in immigration policy that affect your ability to study abroad.

Sallam.ma and its operators provide the platform and guidance on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost opportunities, tuition costs, or travel expenses.

Our total liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sallam.ma for paid services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or zero if you used only free services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

All content on Sallam.ma—including text, graphics, logos, software, guides, and design elements—is owned by or licensed to Sallam.ma and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use directly related to your application journey.

By submitting content such as essays or personal statements, you grant Sallam.ma a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide our services and facilitate your applications.

You retain ownership of your original submitted materials, subject to the licenses and sharing necessary to deliver the services you request.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, submit fraudulent documents, harass staff or other users, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activity that harms the platform or its partners.

We may also restrict access when required by law, by request of a partner institution, or to protect the security and integrity of our systems and user data.

Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law.

You may request account closure by contacting our support team. Closure does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination or erase records we must retain for legal compliance.

Sallam.ma primarily offers free educational guidance and application support tools. Where paid services are introduced or offered, specific pricing and refund terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase.

For any paid service, refunds—if applicable—will be handled according to the refund policy stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, fees for completed consultations or processed submissions may be non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact our support team within fourteen (14) days of the charge with your account details and transaction reference.

This section is a placeholder policy subject to update as our paid service offerings evolve. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs any refund request.

Sallam.ma is operated by a company registered in China and serves students primarily based in Morocco. These terms involve cross-border service delivery and are subject to final legal review by qualified counsel.

Unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence, these terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operating company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Sallam.ma shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration forum designated in the operative version of these terms.

Nothing in this section limits your right to file a complaint with relevant data protection or consumer authorities in Morocco or your country of residence where applicable law provides such a right.
